Watermelon Strawberry Sangria

1 small seedless watermelon, rind removed, flesh cut into large chunks (about 4 cups)

 

1 pound strawberries, sliced, 1 cup reserved for garnish

 

1 bottle Almira Los Dos Rose, chilled

 

1 cup titos vodka

 

1 cup fresh orange juice

 

1/2 cup cointreau

 

1 orange, sliced

 

1 lime, sliced

 

2 rosemary sprig

Watermelon Strawberry Sangria

 

1 small seedless watermelon, rind removed, flesh cut into large chunks (about 4 cups)

1 pound strawberries, sliced, 1 cup reserved for garnish

1 bottle Almira Los Dos Rose, chilled

1 cup titos vodka

1 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup cointreau

1 orange, sliced

1 lime, sliced

2 rosemary sprig

 

 

1. Combine the watermelon and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth, then add a splash of the titos vodka to get the fruit pureed.

2. Strain into a large pitcher, you will need about 4 cups total of juice. Add the Almira Los Dos Rose, Titos vodka, orange juice and cointreau and stir to combine. Add the orange and lime slices, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours. Just before serving, add the reserved strawberries and rosemary springs. Serve in maison jar over ice. Enjoy
