We created The Savory Grape Wine Shop, which opened in April 2006,
because of our true passion for wine! Simply put, we wanted to
share our excitement, passion and knowledge with others. Here
is our vision for the wine shop:

It should be sophisticated for discerning wine lovers,
yet com-
fortable and inviting to the wine novice who simply
wishes to browse the selection and learn more about wine.

It should provide customers
with a place where they can truly
learn about wine - its taste, its smell, its characteristics -
and shop from a varied selection of wine from vineyards,
known
and unknown, from all over the world.

The level of personal service, the look and feel of the store,
and
the carefully selected inventory arranged in a customer-friendly
manner, should make the wine shop a regular destination just
like a favorite bookstore.

Do you have onsite parking?
|

We do not have a designated parking
lot for the store, but there is free, 2-hour parking located
in front of the store, and on other cross streets conveniently
located close to The Savory Grape, including Queen Street, diagonal to The Savory
Grape on the South side of the First Methodist Church. Additionally, a free
municipal parking lot is located at the top of Dedford Street, directly up
the hill from The Savory Grape. Other free municipal parking
lots are located throughout East Greenwich .

Yes, we offer online ordering with secure credit card payment. You may choose to pick up
your order at The Savory Grape, or you may choose to have your order shipped to you, if Federal and State laws do not prohibit
us from shipping wine to your shipping address. (Please review our
Online Ordering Policies and Shipping Restrictions for full details.) At this time, gift baskets can not be purchased online. That service will be coming soon.
At this time, delivery service is not available for online orders. Customers within our delivery area who wish to have an order delivered should call in their order. (See Delivery and Pick-Up Service page for details.)

Can you help develop

Yes, we would be delighted to help
any bride and groom develop their wedding reception wine list.
You can visit our store and browse with an associate, or if you
have specific wines that you would like, please let us know so
we can ensure we get them in a timely manner.

What
types of payment does The Savory Grape accept?
|

At our store in East Greenwich, we gladly accept payments using
cash, American Express, Visa
and Master Card. We do not accept
personal checks, EBT cards, or Discover. Companies may use
business checks if an account is established. The Savory
Grape does not offer credit terms.

For online orders, we accept payments using
