First Course - Insalata di Bietola
Sliced roasted beets with topped with wild arugula and pickled pearl onions tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. Garnished with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Wine: Inama Soave Classico

Second Course - Manicotti di Vitello
Fresh crepes stuffed with veal, spinach and ricotta cheese and topped with a roasted garlic, sage and tomato cream sauce.
Wine: Pertinace Dolcetto D'Alba

Third Course - Agnello della Terra
Porcini crusted grilled rack of lamb served over a white bean puree with roasted cipollini onions. Finished with veal demi-glace and porcini infused extra virgin olive oil.
Wine: Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre

Fourth Course - La Torta di Cioccolata e Noce
Layered chocolate cake filled with a sweet chestnut cream and glazed with dark chocolate and candied chestnuts.
Wine: Falesco Pomele

Cost: $65 per person, including tax and gratuity
