Mixed grilled meat plate. Italian pork sausage,
rosemary chicken breast and peppercorn marinated
skirt sirloin steak served with accompanying sauces.
Served with fresh native butter & sugar corn niblets
and peasant style roasted potatoes.

Homemade Shortcake with a strawberry & blueberry
sauce, sweet whipped cream and crumbled
