First Course - Insalata Arugula con Ciliegine
Wild arugula, grape tomatoes, and Ciliegine mozzarella tossed with basil infused olive oil and lemon juice. Topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
Wine: Canella Rose Sparkling Wine

Second Course - Zuppa Di Aragosta
Cream of lobster and shallot soup fortfied with sherry wine, garlic and tomato. Garnished with sauteed lobster, chives, and Tuscan croutons.
Wine: Masi Valpolicella

Third Course - Pollo con Risotto Zucca
Semi-boneless chicken breast marinated with honey, lemon, and garlic, grilled and topped with a honey and lemon glaze. Served over a bed of savory butternut squash risotto.
Wine: Planeta La Segreta Rosso (blend of Nero d'Avola, Syrah & Merlot)

Coffee & Biscotti will be served at the conclusion of dinner.
